Introduction
Blackness as in the void in which anything can be created —the beginning of everything. Black creativity encompasses the histor- ical, present, and future realities of the Black Diaspora. Our firstvolume of work explores the endless possibilities of the Black Imaginarium through use of the five senses.
Black Light Arts Collective (BLAC) BLAC Imaginarium Zine aligns itself with our mission in that we look for ideas, stories, and expressions of the Black imagination. This issue is a space for sto- ries, art, and performance that replenish agency to Black voices.
